I'm having a heck of a time with this program on my desktop computer.  I downloaded the necessary files before installing the development version.  When I try to start the program, I get the following error:

Windows - Drive Not Ready

The drive is not ready for use; its door may be open.  Please check drive and make sure that a disk is inserted and that the drive door is closed.

It has a Cancel, Try Again, and Continue button.  Hitting Cancel or Continue  closes the error window and opens the program, but the program won't play any songs.

There is nothing wrong with any of my drives that I can find so I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this?

Looks like a QuickTime bug:

Thanks for the quick reply Brian!  Unfortunately, I disabled the qttask.exe and it's still doing it.  I'm really bummed because I love using this program.  I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Quicktime and disabling the qttask.exe and that didn't help either.  I'm going to take one more stab at reinstalling everything and hope for the best.

Did you have a similar situation as the guy describe on that page? (A previous mapped drive that was disabled?)  Give me as much detail as you can: Windows version, QuickTime version, Java Version.

You can use this page to tell you what version of Java you have installed:
http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

I'm not sure what else it could be.
